Justin “ZeeJustin” Bonomo was among the big winners at PokerStars on Sunday, walking away with the title of Super-Sized Sunday champion.
Bonomo, who also played in the $102,000 WCOOP Super High Roller, topped a star-studded field of 952 entrants in the $700 buy-in progressive knockout tournament, banking the $51,933.51 first place prize and a cool $20,511.24 in bounty payments.
Winning a similar amount to Bonomo was another one of poker’s elite players, Steve “Mr. Tim Caum” O’Dwyer. The Ireland-based pro was the runner-up in the $109 Sunday Cooldown WCOOP edition for a $35,359.96 score, and O’Dwyer also finished in sixth place in the Sunday Grandtournament for an additional $17,825.54.
