Join The Charity Series Of Poker For Poker Knight

The Charity Series of Poker has unveiled an exciting $400 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament, set to take place at the View Nightclub within the Palms, all in the name of supporting the Vegas Golden Knights Alumni Association.

The Vegas Golden Knights Alumni Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to former NHL players, with a strong commitment to giving back to the community and fostering the growth of hockey. Their mission centers on three key areas: supporting first responders, empowering underprivileged youth, and aiding the undernourished community.

The poker tournament will kick off at 6:00 pm. Before the tournament begins, there will be a delightful cocktail hour featuring hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, and a 50/50 cash draw, starting at 4:30 pm when the doors open. For those who wish to participate solely in the cocktail hour and silent auction, the entry fee is $100. In the turbo tournament, players will start with 10,000 chips, and additional add-ons of 20,000 chips each will be available for $100.

The grand prize is an exclusive $10,000 seat in the 2024 World Series of Poker main event. The attire for all the evening’s events is expected to be business casual. Furthermore, numerous other prizes, including final table and bounty rewards, will be up for grabs.

Founded in 2014, the Charity Series of Poker is a nonprofit organization dedicated to planning and promoting charity poker tournaments and various events aimed at raising funds and awareness for noble causes and charities. Leading the way is poker professional Matt Stout, who serves as the founder and president of CSOP.

This upcoming event in October marks the 54th stop on the CSOP series, with other exciting Las Vegas stops on the horizon. These include the Viva St. Jude event on September 9th, featuring a $400 buy-in tournament hosted at the Rose Rooftop within Resorts World. Additionally, the All in for Ability event on September 16th offers a $300 buy-in tournament hosted at The Stirling Club.

Join us in supporting the Vegas Golden Knights Alumni Association as they unite former players and friends in the shared goal of giving back to the Las Vegas community.
