Terry Fleischer Wins MSPT Venetian Poker Bowl Main Event

In the 2024 Mid-Stakes Poker Tour Venetian Poker Bowl’s main event, Terry Fleischer emerged as the victor, outlasting a field of 360 entries to claim his inaugural MSPT title along with the top prize of $98,101. Hailing from Las Vegas, Fleischer’s triumph marked his seventh-largest payday to date, elevating his lifetime earnings to over $2.5 million. With 247 cashes and 28 titles under his belt, Fleischer expressed satisfaction in his victory, highlighting the joy of competing against younger opponents.

Amassing 600 Card Player Player of the Year points, Fleischer now sits within the top 100 in the 2024 POY race standings. The event, spanning three days at the Venetian® Resort Las Vegas, saw only 41 players advance to day 2 from the initial starting flights. The climactic hand saw Fleischer’s A♥️K♣️ prevail over Weng’s A♠️4♥️, solidifying Fleischer’s triumph with top pair, top kicker. As the runner-up, Weng pocketed $71,260 in prize money.
